2. Scope
This notice applies to visitors to trentinoinfermiere.it, users of the estimate calculator and anyone who sends a contact request or continues communication by WhatsApp, phone or email. Healthcare services and telemedicine platforms may also be covered by a specific healthcare privacy notice.
3. Data processed
Technical systems may process IP address, date and time, page visited, device and browser data required for security. Users may provide their name, phone number, location, selected services and request details. Please do not enter diagnoses, reports or clinical images in the form.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Data are used to operate and secure the site, respond to requests and estimates, organise and provide services, meet legal obligations and protect legal rights. Health data required for care are processed by a healthcare professional bound by professional secrecy. Data are not used for advertising, profiling or marketing.
5. Contact form and calculator
The form does not automatically store data in the controller鈥檚 database: it prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. The calculator runs on the user鈥檚 device. Nothing is sent unless the user voluntarily sends the message. The estimate is indicative and must be confirmed.
6. WhatsApp and telemedicine
WhatsApp is optional; phone and email are always available. If WhatsApp is used, data are also processed under the provider鈥檚 privacy terms. ECG and cardiac Holter reporting uses the Salutis telemedicine platform by THS System, under the information provided for that service.
7. Retention and recipients
Contact requests are normally retained for no longer than 12 months unless a service is provided or legal requirements apply. Data may be accessed by authorised providers supporting the website or healthcare service and are not distributed publicly.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable by emailing simonemelis.infermiere@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
